Canada Immigration Law: HOW WE ARE AUTHORIZED

Personnel at Canada Immigration Law and its parent company Immigroup Inc are authorized by the Government of Canada to represent applicants before Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) through the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) program. Under Canadian law, the only paid representatives who can represent applicants before CIC are CSIC members like Canada Immigration Law who have a clean professional record or lawyers who have a clean record of professional conduct and who are members of a national or provincial Canadian Law Society. In Quebec, notaries with a clean professional record who are members of the Chambre des notaires du Québec may also represent immigration applicants. Immigration applications submitted by unauthorized companies charging a fee for their services will not be processed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Applicants may use a family member, acquaintance or friend to process your application before CIC providing they offer their services for free.  However, representatives untrained in immigration issues may not be qualified to give immigration advice or to understand the complete immigration process. If you receive incorrect advice from an unpaid representative you forfeit your ability to consult the law societies, a CSIC member or an authorized attorney.

The benefits of using an authorized company like Canada Immigration Law during the immigration progress are numerous; Citizenship and Immigration Canada are extremely strict in their documentation requirements. Applications, which are filled out incorrectly or do not contain relevant supporting documents will be rejected or delayed.  CIC accept that when they receive an application from Canada Immigration Law, the documentation will be completely accurate and factual and that the relevant supporting papers are attached.
